Pricing: 

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

 

Payment:

Payment for goods can only be made via  Direct Deposit or Mastercard/Visa via PayPal.

Orders will not be sent until funds have been cleared by the relevant financial institutions.

 

Return  Policy:

H2o Go  offers a no questions asked product satisfaction policy.

You can return any product provided that:

1. It is within14 days of original order
2. Product is unused and in original condition
3. Customer pays return freight/postage
4. A 15% re stocking fee is deducted from total return refund
5. Please contact us for instructions before making a return

 

Warranty

All our products are covered by manufacturers warranty.

Please contact H2o Go  first for any warranty claims.

 

Back Orders:

Any item on back order will be sent freight free.

If we have long term supply issues with ordered items we will contact you.

 

Privacy Policy:

H2o Go will not pass on any personal details to third parties.

We only hold information that is required to complete the order.

Because we only accept Direct Deposit or use PayPal for payment we hold no financial account details of any customer.

 

Delivery:

All products are delivered by registered Post.

H2o Go will not be responsible for any delivery delays and issues they cause.
